One for the 'gram. The Forager is well worth the time investment of hunting down an appropriately photogenic edible flower. Refreshing notes of Elderflower, Cucumber & Watermelon pair perfectly with the sweet flavour of Crème de Cassis and balancing acidity of lime.

ingredients

  • 25ml Elderflower aquavit
  • 12.5ml Crème de Cassis
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon
  • Edible flower

accessories

  • Rocks glass
  • Spirits jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Method

  1. Pour 25ml elderflower aquavit
  2. Add 12.5ml Creme de cassis and 15ml lime juice into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
  3. Shake for 30 seconds. Double strain the mixture into a rocks glass
  4. Top with Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon and garnish with an edible flower
