ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Elderflower liqueur
  • Cucumber slice
  • Lemon slice
  • Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon

accessories

  • Collins glass
  • Spirits jigger

Method

  1. Place a handful of ice in a tall Collins glass
  2. Pour in 50ml Warner’s Gin, 20ml Lemon juice, 12.5ml elderflower liqueur and top with Double Dutch Cucumber and Watermelon
  3. Garnish with some cucumber and a lemon twist
