Clean citrusy flavours make our Lemon Nights a real crowd pleaser. A winning combination of vodka and lemon combined with our Indian Tonic Water makes for an elegant and refreshing accompaniment to any light bite.

ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 25ml Limoncello
  • Lemon juice
  • Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water

accessories

  • Highball Glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Spirits jigger

Method

  1. Pour 50ml Vodka
  2. 25ml limoncello and squeeze a lemon into a shaker with plenty of ice
  3. Shake the shaker until cool on the outside
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass over plenty of ice
  5. Top with Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water
